About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in load booking, carrier negotiation, and managing end-to-end transportation operations for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure timely pick-up and delivery of loads.
• Track and update shipment status, resolving any delivery or service issues.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the carrier network.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker / Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of US logistics, load boards (DAT, Truckstop), and TMS systems.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ready to work night shifts (US timings) from our Mohali office.
