• You will work with food processing and manufacturing companies to strengthen their processes, improve compliance, and guide them on

  technology adoption

  , quality systems, and operational excellence.

✅ Key Requirements

• 🎓

  5+ years of experience in academics

  (Food Technology/ Food Science background)
• 🏭

  10+ years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing

  , QA, QC, NPD, HACCP, FSSAI, or production operations
• ⚙️ Strong understanding of

  technology adoption

  , digital tools, and modern food-industry workflows
• 📊 Ability to diagnose operational gaps and recommend practical improvements
• 🧪 Experience with food safety, compliance, audits, and end-to-end process optimization
• 🤝 Comfortable working with SMEs on short-term and long-term consulting projects

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments of manufacturing processes
• Recommend digital tools and systems for productivity & compliance
• Guide teams on best practices in food tech, R&D, and operations
• Support implementation across production, quality, and supply chain
• Provide expert mentorship to SME leaders and frontline teams
