About the Role

creative, fast, and detail-driven Video Editor

You'll be working with a fast-growing agency that helps creators, entrepreneurs, and brands dominate Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & TikTok with high-retention edits.

What You’ll Do

• Edit 5–15 short-form videos per week (15–60 sec, Reels & Shorts)
• Add subtitles (with animations), B-rolls, zooms, sound effects, and cuts to boost retention
• Follow a set brand guideline or creative style (depending on the client)
• Turn around drafts within 48–72 hours
• Occasionally repurpose long-form content into short clips

We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of editing experience
• Portfolio of Reels/Shorts you’ve edited (non-negotiable)
• Experience using Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut Desktop / DaVinci
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing & retention
• Bonus: Memes, humor, trends, and Gen Z editing culture
