Freelance Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and conduct team-building activities and games for internal teams.
• Facilitate interactive sessions to improve communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Conduct on-site discussions and planning sessions with management before each program.
• Customize activities based on team size (approx. 35 participants) and organizational goals.
• Provide feedback and recommendations post-session to further enhance team dynamics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator for team engagement activities.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics, communication, and motivation techniques.
• Ability to conduct interactive and engaging on-site sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chowringhee, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
