Freelance Trainer Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)

As an experienced and certified Data Center Professional Trainer, your role at INSPIRE Group will involve conducting an on-site CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) training program for a corporate client in Mumbai. Your primary focus will be to deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with international data center standards. This includes conducting both theoretical and practical sessions, evaluating participant progress, customizing content to meet client-specific requirements, and upholding the training excellence of INSPIRE Group. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality CDCP training sessions aligned with international data center standards. - Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring participant engagement and understanding. - Evaluate participant progress through assessments and interactive exercises. - Customize content and examples to align with client-specific infrastructure and requirements. - Maintain professionalism and represent INSPIRE Group's training excellence. Qualifications Required: - Must hold a valid CDCP, CDCS, or CDCE certification (higher-level certifications preferred). - Proven experience delivering Data Center / IT Infrastructure trainings (virtual or on-site). - Strong knowledge of data center design, power, cooling, redundancy, and management best practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
