- Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles across startups and product companies.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and close technical candidates
- Work on Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack, DevOps, Data, QA, Mobile roles
- Manage candidate pipeline, interviews, and offer closures
- Deliver quality profiles with fast TAT
Requirements
- 510 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of tech stacks and hiring market
- Proven role closures (not just sourcing)
- Independent, disciplined, and performance-driven
Compensation
