Freelance Soft Skills Trainer (Female)

Job Description:

Objective:

We are looking for experienced trainers to help the learner develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as a trainer would be to conduct informative training sessions and improve the skills of learners.

Major Deliverables:

• Prior experience in delivering training
• Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content/audience
• Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere
• Good knowledge of training-related software
• Strong ability to engage the audience
• Possess excellent communication & presentation skills
• Review trainee performance and learning
• Assess learner needs and track progress

Essential Attributes:

• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
• Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Willing to travel across your State
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Any valid certificate of training will be an advantage

Age: Preferably not more than 50 years at the time of application.

Desired Experience (years):

Minimum one year experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist or related position (Freshers can also apply)

Job Type: Freelance

Remuneration: Rs. 500 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

Work Location: In Person

Note: This position might require the trainer to travel within Orissa for various training projects.
