About the Role:

What You'll Do:

Step 1 - Build the Account (First 7 days)

• Follow 400-500 random people on Instagram to grow the account
• This is a one-time task to make the account look active

Step 2 - Connect with Target People (Ongoing)

• We will share a list of people we want to connect with
• You will follow them on Instagram
• Visit their profile and look at their photos, reels, and stories
• Write real and friendly comments on their posts (not copy-paste!)
• Make the comments feel personal and genuine - like you really looked at their content
• If they reply to you, respond back in a friendly way (no selling or promoting anything)

Step 3 - Prepare Emails (Simple)

• Log into a Gmail account we provide
• Create email drafts (not send them, just save as draft)
• Copy and paste some images from another tool we'll show you
• We will teach you this - it's very easy!

What We're Looking For:

• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Good at writing friendly and genuine comments in English/Hindi
• Responsible and honest
• Can complete 20-30 leads every day
• Patient and detail-oriented
