Freelance Scriptwriter & Video Content Creator – Kerala/Malayalam

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative freelance multilingual content writer and video concept developer to support our growing haircare brand. This role involves creating impactful, engaging content across multiple formats—including ads, long- and short-form videos, product explainer videos, social media posts, campaign concepts, and brand storytelling.

Candidates who can create content in multiple Indian languages (such as English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, etc.) will be given preference.
This is a project-based position with fixed compensation per assignment. All creative output will remain the company’s intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative video concepts for:
• Digital ads and brand commercials
• Reels and short-form videos
• Product demos, testimonial videos, tutorials
• Founder-led videos and educational content
• Write scripts, dialogues, voiceover content, hooks, storytelling lines, captions, and CTAs in multiple languages (as per project needs).
• Create multilingual content ideas for social media posts (static, carousel, video).
• Craft brand-aligned storylines for marketing campaigns.
• Adapt content into different languages while keeping the tone, clarity, and brand personality intact.
• Stay updated with social media trends, ad formats, consumer behavior, and beauty/haircare content styles.
• Deliver high-quality work within project timelines.

Preferred Experiences

• Proven experience in writing for beauty, haircare, lifestyle, or wellness categories (preferred).
• Ability to create content in multiple Indian languages (mention your languages in the application).
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills for both ads and social content.
• Creativity to produce visually appealing and engaging video ideas.
• Good understanding of social platform trends and content performance.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Compensation & Creative Rights

• Work will be assigned per project, with a fixed agreed-upon amount.
• All scripts, concepts, captions, and creative materials developed during the project will be the exclusive property of the company.
