We re looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join us in sourcing and hiring top talent for various roles across our organization. This is a performance-based paid role where you ll have the flexibility to work remotely, access to cutting-edge ATS tools, and clear monetary rewards for successful hires. What Youll Do: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and engage candidates for open positions across diverse functions and levels. ATS Management: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress. Job Postings: Create and promote job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract top talent. Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate updates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate insights. Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with candidates during the hiring process. What You Need: Experience in Recruitment: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech, IT, or startup environments. Knowledge of ATS Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment workflows. Strong Networking Skills: Ability to tap into networks and find candidates through creative sourcing techniques. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with candidates and hiring teams. Result-Oriented Approach: A proactive mindset to achieve hiring targets and deliver results.
