We are expanding our mental-health and guidance ecosystem and invite qualified Freelance Psychologists and Counsellors to join our network to support students, educators, and institutional clients across India.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Psychologist / Counsellor, you will deliver high-quality psychological support, counselling, and well-being interventions across our programs. You will work with students, parents, and/or faculty in one-to-one or group formats—both on-site and online—ensuring ethical, evidence-based practices aligned with Ollato Eduversity’s philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions, psychological assessments, and group workshops as assigned (on-site and online).
• Provide emotional, academic, and career guidance to students and/or faculty, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with program managers and internal teams to design and deliver mental-health and well-being modules.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and submit brief reports when required (without breaching confidentiality).
• Offer crisis intervention or referral support as appropriate.
• Participate in periodic training/orientation to stay aligned with Ollato Eduversity’s approach and frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Master’s degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in counselling adolescents/young adults/educators.
• Familiarity with psychometric tools, emotional well-being practices, and ethical frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups.
• Comfort with digital platforms for online sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality.
• Language Preference: Marathi (preferred), plus working proficiency in Hindi and English.

Preferred / Desirable Skills

• Experience in educational or institutional settings.
• Ability to design workshops or mental-health awareness sessions.
• Multilingual proficiency (Marathi, Hindi, and English) for pan-India outreach.

Engagement & Compensation

• Freelance, project-based assignments with flexible scheduling.
• Compensation per session, per workshop, or per project—commensurate with qualifications and experience.
• Opportunities for longer-term collaborations based on performance and program needs.
