You'll craft short-form content that's optimized for attention, engagement, and conversion blending storytelling, clean motion design, and precise editing to elevate brand presence across LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.This is a freelance/contract role ideal for creative professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, value data-backed creativity, and can deliver high-quality videos with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form video content
(typically 1590 seconds) tailored for social platforms and digital ad campaigns.
Design motion graphics and animations
, including titles, transitions, kinetic text, and logo animations.
Structure narratives
around effective marketing frameworks from attention-grabbing hooks to strong calls to action.
Sync visuals and audio
for maximum emotional impact, selecting music and sound effects that match tone and pacing.
Optimize videos
in multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for use across LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta Ads, and YouTube Shorts.
Implement quick feedback cycles
with creative and performance marketing teams to refine based on engagement metrics.
Maintain brand consistency
across edits while exploring new visual directions and storytelling styles.
Ensure fast, reliable turnaround times
without compromising quality.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proficiency in
Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
(Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve a plus).Strong command of
motion graphics design principles
, animation timing, and modern visual trends.Demonstrated experience in
creating ad-focused or social-first video content
