What You’ll Do

• Contact and follow up with provided leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, or Zoom.
• Understand the prospect's needs and explain our offerings effectively.
• Build trust and rapport to move leads through the conversion funnel.
• Provide regular updates on lead status.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience during the process.

What We Offer

• Fixed Commission of ₹1,000 -

  ₹1,500

  per converted lead

  (no cap).
• Weekly or bi-weekly payouts.
• High-quality verified leads provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, tele calling, customer service, or lead conversion (1+ years preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).
• Confidence in closing deals over phone/video call.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Mobile phone, internet access, and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of platforms like India MART, Justdial, WhatsApp Business is a bonus.
