Freelance Interim Data Analytics Head

Our client, a multinational alcoholic beverage company, is seeking a Data Analytics Head to drive key analytics initiatives, support executive decision-making, and ensure smooth data management processes across the organization. Responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of key analytics projects aligned with the business strategy, managing data sources and ensuring consistency, implementing master data management processes, collaborating with stakeholders to design tools, maintaining data warehouse solutions, enabling efficient data exchange, delivering accurate reports and insights, applying advanced analytics tools, tracking key performance metrics, and optimizing the use of analytics techniques. This position is based onsite in Bangalore for a duration of 3 months (extendable) on a full-time basis. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent; Masters degree or MBA preferred. - 12-15 years of experience in a similar background, with 7-10 years of experience in leading analytics teams. - Strong knowledge of data modeling, business analytics, decision trees, cluster analysis, and analytics tools. - Experience in master data management, data warehousing, and database management systems. - Proven ability to design and implement solutions aligned with business needs and global standards. Key Skills: - Expertise in Data Analytics Tools and Techniques. - Advanced knowledge in Statistical Modelling and Optimization. - Strong experience in developing and maintaining reporting systems and dashboards. - Ability to drive efficiency through data-driven insights. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing analytics team.,
