Freelance HR Recruiter (Part-Time & Work from Home) – Female Candidates OnlyLocation: Maharashtra only

Required Work Commitment:
Minimum 6 working hours daily (Mon to Sat).Time can be split between two blocks: 10:00am-2:00pm and 4:00pm–7:30pm.Candidates must be available across both time blocks to fulfill the minimum daily hour requirement.

Compensation:
Fixed pay: ₹2,000 per monthPerformance incentive: 10% of annual CTC for every successful closure(Earn ₹10,000–₹12,000+/month)

Key Responsibilities:
End to End recruitments(source candidates, data calling & screening applicants, coordinate interviews, follow up till joining, update and maintain data in Google Sheets)

Eligibility Criteria:
Females aged 32–45 yearsGood command over English (spoken and written)Basic Excel/Google Sheets skillsMust have laptop, SIM and stable internet
