You will be working as a Freelance Graphic & Motion Designer at 88 Digital Co., a dynamic digital marketing agency known for delivering creative solutions to clients across various industries. **Role Overview:** As a Freelance Graphic & Motion Designer at 88 Digital Co., you will be responsible for working on graphic and motion design projects for different digital marketing campaigns. Your role will involve creating high-quality static and animated visuals using industry-standard software. It is essential to consistently meet deadlines while ensuring the creative quality of your work. This position offers a flexible freelance role with the potential to transition into a full-time, in-office position after successfully completing 3-4 projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design static and animated creatives for social media, ads, and campaigns. - Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements. - Deliver 79 creatives for a full day of work (35 for half-day work; numbers may vary depending on project complexity). - Ensure timely delivery of all assigned work with notifications given 24-48 hours in advance. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in graphic and motion design. - Preferred experience working with a digital marketing agency. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. - Currently freelancing but open to transitioning into full-time work. - Ability to work flexible hours, preferably 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM. - Strong sense of deadlines and commitment to meeting KPIs. If you demonstrate your skills and successfully complete the initial projects, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at 88 Digital Co. The job type is Permanent, offering a flexible schedule and the option to work from home. Experience in motion graphics and graphic design for at least 1 year is required. The preferred location for this role is Mumbai, Maharashtra, and a willingness to travel up to 25% is also preferred.
