Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as required for Real Estate business. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance. Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate). Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for improved conversion rates. Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve the best ROI. Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall digital strategy. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Requirements Proven experience as a performance marketing specialist, freelancer, or similar role.
