Our core services include website design and development, SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content writing, blog writing, graphic design, logo designing, branding, and online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others as required for Real Estate business.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
• Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve the best ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall digital strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a performance marketing specialist, freelancer, or similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.
• Ability to design, run, and scale campaigns independently.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and funnel optimization is a plus.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
