Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in Jharkhand for a Freelance Employability Skill Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on various employability skills, including presentation skills, communication, soft skills, and life skills. The role involves conducting training sessions, assessments, and providing feedback to participants to enhance their employability. The trainer will work closely with the Naandi Foundation team to ensure the training programs are effective and meet the needs of the target audience.

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Ability to engage and motivate participants
• Relevant experience in the education or social sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

Remuneration

. Rs 500/Hour
