Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.



Digital Marketing specialist


Key Expertise Required:

Proven hands-on experience with:

  • Google Search

  • Google Display Network (GDN)

  • YouTube Ads

  • Performance Max campaigns

  • Store Visits campaigns

  • Demand Gen campaigns

  • Deep understanding of

    lead generation

    metrics and

    conversion quality

    within the Indian healthcare/IVF market.


Ability to share insights on:

  • Healthy average monthly spends

    by campaign type

  • Valid lead definitions

    as per industry norms

  • Valid lead ratios

    across campaign formats (benchmarked for normalized spend)


Skills Required

  • Prior experience working with

    large healthcare advertisers or agencies

    is strongly preferred.
  • The ideal expert should be open to sharing

    channel-level performance benchmarks

    ,

    campaign structuring tips

    , and

    practical optimizations

    based on real-world experience.
