Freelance Developers

As a freelancer working remotely on the GenAI Code Initiatives, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and refining complex code that powers next-generation AI models. Key Responsibilities: - Write, review, and optimize production-level code for the AI models. - Build test frameworks, benchmarks, and evaluation pipelines for AI-generated code. - Ensure correctness, scalability, and security of both model and human-written code. - Collaborate with engineering and research teams to drive innovation in AI-driven coding. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education from Tier-1 institutions such as IIT, NIT, BITS, DTU, NSIT, etc. - Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a strong coding portfolio. - Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript. - Experience in automated testing, performance tuning, and quality checks. - Familiarity with GenAI/LLM, data analysis, SQL, JSON, HTML, and Markdown is preferred. In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge GenAI projects with real-world impact. This freelance role offers project-based flexibility, competitive earning potential ranging from 3,000 to 7,000 per hour (average 5,000), and direct ownership of your work.
