Freelance BLS/ACLS Instructor

As a Freelance BLS/ACLS Instructor at Delhi Academy of Medical Sciences (DAMS), your role will involve conducting Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) training sessions following AHA or equivalent guidelines. You will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical components effectively, ensuring participants meet learning objectives, managing training equipment and simulation materials, maintaining records, assessments, and certification documentation, as well as coordinating with DAMS administration for scheduling and logistical support. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct BLS and ACLS training sessions according to AHA guidelines. - Deliver theoretical and practical components effectively. - Ensure participants meet learning objectives and demonstrate required competencies. - Set up and manage training equipment and simulation materials. - Maintain attendance records, assessments, and certification documentation. - Coordinate with DAMS administration for scheduling and logistical support. Qualifications Required: - Certified AHA BLS and/or ACLS Instructor (mandatory). - Proven experience in conducting BLS/ACLS training sessions. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to engage learners with interactive and hands-on teaching methods. - Availability for specific day-based assignments (not a monthly or full-time role).
