Freelance Architect

You are a skilled and proactive Architect sought to lead the end-to-end design and execution of in-house office premises. As a key member of the team, you will have the unique opportunity to take complete ownership of office interiors, guiding the project from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing architectural and interior design concepts tailored to our commercial office spaces. You will be tasked with preparing detailed working drawings, layout plans, and 3D visualizations to bring these concepts to life. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying, shortlisting, and negotiating with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery through on-site supervision and oversight. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate a smooth execution process. Monitoring budgets, material selection, and timelines will be essential to successfully align the final deliverables with design intent and business needs. To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory, accompanied by a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution. Previous experience in commercial interiors is crucial, with expertise in residential interiors considered an added advantage. Strong design sensibility, project management skills, and vendor coordination abilities are essential, alongside proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and site supervision capabilities will further enhance your effectiveness in this position.
