AI Learning Experience Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design structured

  AI learning journeys

  -from AI literacy to deep learning
• Collaborate with AI SMEs to create labs, coding challenges & ethical AI scenarios
• Develop instructor-led training assets: slides, labs, case studies, assessments
• Curate up-to-date content that reflects real-world AI use and innovation
• Guide instructors with enablement materials and best practices for live training

What You Bring

• 7+ years

  of experience in instructional design or learning experience design
• Proven work designing content for AI or emerging tech training programs
• Strong grasp of

  core AI topics

  : neural networks, LLMs, and responsible AI
• Experience working with SMEs to turn complex AI concepts into digestible learning
• Knowledge of learning methodologies (Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, etc.)
• Comfortable working across time zones (US, EMEA, Asia)

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on AI skills (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch,

  GitHub

  )
• Built real-world labs or coding projects in AI
• Familiar with VMs or LMS tools
