Position Overview:

The Franchise Development Asst. Manager is responsible for driving franchise growth through the identification, qualification, and recruitment of prospective franchisees. This role combines sales expertise with business development acumen to expand our franchise network while maintaining brand integrity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise conversion & franchise recruitment
Lead the franchise onboarding process from initial inquiry through to agreement signing, including facilitating the property identification and evaluation by coordinating with the Business Development team
Conduct detailed presentations and discovery meetings with qualified owners to communicate brand value proposition and business opportunities.
Guide prospective franchisees through the evaluation process, providing comprehensive information about investment requirements, operational procedures, and support systems.
Evaluate prospective franchisees' financial qualifications, business experience, and alignment with brand values.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with franchise regulations and documentation requirements.
Assess market conditions and territorial opportunities to optimize franchise placement.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners throughout the onboarding process.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
