Job Description

Franchise Sales Experience: 2–8+ Years

Salary: 40-55K per Month

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and generate leads for franchise opportunities
Conduct market research and territory mapping to identify high-potential locations
Present Balwom’s franchise model, investment plans, and business potential to prospects
Negotiate and close franchise agreements within defined timelines
Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding, including coordination and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners
Coordinate with internal teams for store setup, product supply, branding, and launch support
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
