Fragrance Advisor

Centik is a luxury fragrance and aroma solutions brand under Kundan Consumer Goods LLP. We specialize in aroma diffusers, fragrance oils and scent marketing solutions that elevate spaces and experiences. We are looking for a passionate and driven Fragrance Sales Advisor to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Fragrance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our aroma diffusers and fragrance oils. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, recommend suitable fragrances/solutions, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the fragrance, perfume, or aroma oil industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Centik aroma diffusers and fragrance oils.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Educate customers on product features, fragrance profiles, and usage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships (retail, corporate, and B2B).
• Identify new business opportunities and approach potential customers.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management team.
• Ensure a premium customer experience consistent with the Centik brand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in fragrance/perfume/aroma diffuser/aroma oil sales or a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fragrances and ability to understand scent profiles.
• Proven sales track record and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to engage with both retail customers and corporate clients.
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Akurdi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
