About the Role

experienced QA Auditors with FQHC expertise

Key Responsibilities

Audit coded charts for accuracy and compliance with
FQHC billing and coding rules
.
Provide detailed feedback and training to coders to reduce errors and improve outcomes.
Monitor compliance with
CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and HRSA regulations
.
Track performance metrics for coders and ensure adherence to productivity and quality benchmarks.
Partner with RCM, providers, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and reduce denials.

Requirements

3+ years of coding/auditing experience
with strong FQHC knowledge.In-depth understanding of
CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and encounter-based billing
.
Prior experience auditing coders in a high-volume FQHC or community health centre setting.
Certification required:
CPC, CPMA (AAPC), CCS, or equivalent
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
