FPV Drone Pilot - Delhi/NCR

We are seeking a passionate and skilled First Person View (FPV) Drone Pilot to join our production team in the Delhi/NCR region on a project-basis. Please note, this is not a fixed-salary position; your earnings will be directly tied to the projects you do. However, based on performance, there is potential for a full-time, permanent position after 5-6 months.

This role is dedicated to capturing dynamic, high-impact cinematic footage that elevates our video projects, including commercial, real estate, and event content.

We are looking for someone who can turn aggressive, fast-paced drone maneuvers into smooth, compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Cinematic Flight Execution: Execute complex, close-proximity, and high-speed FPV maneuvers (e.g., dives, proximity flying, tight gaps, flow-style moves) while maintaining a focus on smooth, stable cinematic output.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct thorough pre-flight checks, manage battery charging cycles safely, and ensure all flights adhere strictly to DGCA regulations and local airspace restrictions.
• Gear Management: Maintain, repair, and tune FPV quads, gimbals, goggles, and associated equipment to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative cinematographer to understand the shot list and deliver footage that matches the required pacing and emotion of the final edit.
• Data Handling: Efficiently manage, offload, and back up high-resolution video files immediately after the shoot.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Delhi/NCR region.
• Skill: Demonstrated proficiency in manual (Acro/Rate) flight mode and a strong understanding of cinematic framing and visual storytelling.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced FPV pilots are encouraged to apply. We prioritize the quality of your reel over years of service.
• Licensing: A valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPL) is strongly preferred but not mandatory for initial application. Candidates must be willing to pursue licensing as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
