About the role:

FPV Drone Engineer

You’ll work on building, testing, and tuning drones across multiple categories.

• This is a vacancy for early in career professionals with 0 - 2 years of experience.

• Pay range (20k - 25k per month)

What we need

• Strong understanding of the

  entire FPV drone cycle

  — from selecting components and assembling, to programming and flight tuning.
• Hands-on experience with

  Betaflight / Ardupilot / iNAV

• Good soldering and wiring discipline.
• Should be

  based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata by next week

  .
• Ideally a

  recent graduate

  or early-career FPV enthusiast (1–2 years experience).

Additional

• Help design and maintain

  BOMs

  for multiple drone categories.
• Assemble, wire, and tune FPV drones to mission-ready standards.
• Work alongside senior engineers for flight testing and calibration.
• Maintain documentation for builds and tuning parameters.
• Support with training sessions and internal workshops.
