We offer a variety of farm products such as Onion, Cotton, Tur, Udad, Sweet Corn, Jowar, Bajra, Wheat, Soyabean, and Green Gram. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an FPO (Farm Producer Organization) team member, located in Polur. The FPO team member will be responsible for managing and coordinating farm operations, ensuring quality control, overseeing the production and distribution of farm products and fruits. Daily tasks may include monitoring crop growth, assisting with harvest, managing inventory, liaising with farmers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

Experience in farm management and crop production
Knowledge of inventory management and quality control
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Basic understanding of agricultural practices and techniques
Relevant degree or certification in Agriculture or related field is beneficial
