Job Description

In the area of Software Engineering, you will be involved in the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. Your responsibilities will include applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, as well as developing and applying software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. You will need to demonstrate original thought and judgment, as well as the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. Additionally, you will be expected to build skills and expertise in your software engineering discipline to meet standard expectations for the applicable role. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods. - Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. - Demonstrate original thought, judgment, and supervisory skills in leading other software engineers. - Build skills and expertise in software engineering to meet role-specific expectations. - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. In the Grade Specific section, you should be fully competent in your area with a deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles. You will work autonomously with minimal supervision, acting as a key contributor in a complex environment. You will lead team activities for software design and development, proactively understand client needs, offer advice, assess project issues, formulate innovative solutions, work under pressure, and drive the team to succeed against technical and commercial goals. You will also need to manage costs for specific project/work areas, explain difficult concepts to various audiences, motivate team members, and create networks with key contacts outside your area. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles. - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. - Strong leadership skills to lead team activities for software design and development. - Proactive approach in understanding and addressing client needs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to different audiences.,
