FP&A Lead - Founders Office

You are a seasoned FP&A professional ready to take on a leadership role at our dynamic company. As an FP&A Lead in the Founders Office, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing our financial strategy. Your responsibilities will range from hands-on financial analysis to strategic decision-making, collaborating closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive the company's direction. Your key tasks will involve leading financial planning cycles, developing and enhancing financial models and reports, conducting variance analysis, and providing valuable recommendations based on your insights. You will be expected to work closely with business leaders to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals, as well as to deliver data-driven presentations to the board, investors, and other key stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess a CA/MBA Finance/CFA qualification with at least 5-12 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, consulting, or corporate finance. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning is essential, along with exceptional analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
