Job Description

Role Overview: - Support the analytics function by providing insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making for HE. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and variances. - Support KPI tracking and performance reporting. - Assist in ad-hoc analysis for leadership decision-making. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports. - Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives for analytics processes. - Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Required masters degree in finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. - Must have 5-8 years of experience. - Strong data analysis and visualization skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred. - Basic understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators. - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.,
