• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to secure the best possible pricing and terms for the foundry's needs.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on raw material availability, price fluctuations, and emerging technologies in the foundry industry.

• Supplier Management:

• Establish and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance through quality audits, delivery metrics, and cost analysis, taking corrective actions when necessary.

• Procurement Operations:

• Generate purchase orders based on production requirements and inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in specifications and quantities.
• Manage the procurement process from purchase order creation to goods receipt, including expediting deliveries when needed.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the foundry.

• Cost Control and Optimization:

• Analyze and identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, volume discounts, and alternative material sourcing.
• Implement cost-reduction strategies to optimize raw material procurement while maintaining quality standards.
• Track and report on procurement spend, identifying areas for improvement.

• Required Skills:
