As the Founding Tech Lead at Wibhoo, you will play a crucial role in building India's first GPS-based conscious lifestyle platform. Wibhoo is not just a startup but a movement towards making conscious living accessible, impactful, and mainstream. With a dedicated team and a clear vision, we aim to create an ecosystem where sustainability meets convenience and every choice contributes positively to the planet, people, and prosperity. Your responsibilities as the Tech Lead will include designing, developing, and scaling Wibhoo's digital platform. This full-time, equity-based position requires someone who is passionate about creating scalable and user-friendly tech solutions that drive real-world impact. You will have the opportunity to build something meaningful that connects millions of Indians to sustainable living while owning a significant stake in Wibhoo and shaping its future. We are looking for a Tech Wizard with at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, expertise in scalable architecture and cloud-based solutions, and proficiency in AI/ML, data analytics, and GPS-based technologies. A passion for sustainability and conscious living is a must-have for this role. Additionally, we seek a Problem Solver who thrives in ambiguity, can wear multiple hats, and believes in clean, efficient, and scalable code. As a Leader, you should be capable of building and leading a tech team as Wibhoo grows and be excited to work in Pune. Your tasks will involve designing and developing a user-friendly platform with features like GPS-based search and vendor dashboards, ensuring security and scalability with robust cybersecurity measures, and collaborating closely with the founder, product team, and vendors to exceed expectations. It is essential to note that this is a volunteer position until funding is secured, which is expected within 6 months. You should be prepared for startup hours and the challenges of building something new.
