The Role

We’re not looking for a manager. We’re looking for a builder — someone who can execute, lead, and scale systems while building people.

You’ll be the operational brain behind a new kind of agency — one that helps founders build in public, grow with story, and launch with traction.

This role touches everything: delivery, systems, client experience, hiring, optimization. You don’t just keep the wheels turning — you design the engine.

What You’ll Do

Run the machine: Manage MVP builds, design work, timelines, and freelancers

Build systems: Create playbooks, project flows, tools, and internal ops

Develop talent: Build a crew of hungry creators, no-coders, and operators

Drive client outcomes: Ensure every project ships fast, clean, and on-brand

Make decisions: Prioritize ruthlessly, solve in real-time, own the chaos

Think big + act small: Balance strategy with fast action, always
