Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a Founding Account Executive at Gushwork.ai in scaling the Home Service vertical market by focusing on closing volume, maximizing conversion rates, and refining the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy based on real-world deal intelligence. This high-velocity, high-conversion position requires you to solely concentrate on closing qualified opportunities provided by the Business Development Representative (BDR) team. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the entire sales process from the qualified meeting handoff to deal signature within the Home Service space including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. - Consistently close 15-20 deals per month at the $3k-$5k Average Contract Value (ACV), meeting or exceeding high-velocity monthly quotas. - Rapidly modify and tailor the pitch, demo, and value proposition based on the specific persona and business size to maximize immediate close probability. - Actively track and identify patterns in the type of customers that convert most efficiently and provide feedback to the GTM Team. - Work within and refine the existing 1-2 call sales workflow while aiming for a 40%+ Demo-to-Close conversion rate. - Rapidly iterate and build upon existing sales workflows to maximize efficiency and scalability. - Ensure a seamless transition of newly closed clients to the Onboarding Team. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or digital services with a proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota in high-volume, rapid-close environments. - Ability to adjust selling style and messaging to diverse SMB personas for quick conversions. - Proficiency in analyzing deal-closing trends and translating them into actionable feedback for GTM strategy. - Comfortable working within existing frameworks but driven to optimize them for higher conversion rates. - Experience collaborating effectively with BDR teams and providing necessary feedback. - Strong process discipline and proficiency in CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. Additional Details: Gushwork.ai builds AI Agents to automate inbound marketing for small and medium businesses, aiming to replace traditional marketing agencies with intelligent software.
