Who we are

Founded in 2014 by Richa Singh and Puneet Manuja, YourDOST is one of India’s first and largest holistic emotional wellness organisations. We help corporates, colleges and government organisations build resilient communities.

We are enabling leading corporates including, CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and educational institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIM Bangalore to name a few. We believe in using a three-pronged approach for building a holistic emotional wellness program - Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling.

We work with them through awareness modules, self-help tools, 1on1 counseling intervention, and organisation-level diagnostic and reporting.

Our offerings include Product Led Engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, Manager Training and much more. We have partnered with 500+ clients including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organisations counseling over 20 lakh Indians to date.

Responsibilities

Work with leaders to set strategic priorities: Identify key areas which require attention, establish governance on key metrics to evaluate and ensure progress of those.

Identify problems limiting the growth of various functions/ projects and problem solve to develop strategies/ solutions and implement them with the team.

Determine key performance indicators for the company and update dashboards as needed.

Oversee large cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions.

Research, perform benchmarking, analyse data, and make recommendations.

Design new systems and processes to streamline operations & company goals.

Ownership for scale up of one or more existing or new initiatives/ experiments.

Owning the complete P&L and targets for the initiatives.

Building and managing the team which works in the said initiative (post a certain level of scaleup).
Requirement

Must have exceptional problem solving skills

Prior Entrepreneurial/ Consulting experience would be preferred.

Must have a Generalist mindset with experience and ability to manage projects/ problems in different functions.

Must have great written & oral communication skills to be able to coordinate and work with different teams for various training initiatives.
