About Bipolar Factory

Client Acquisition Specialist

If youre someone who thrives in high-energy conversations, understands technology, and loves turning interest into intent, we want to talk to you.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the First Impression

    : Own the client pitchwhether via email, call, deck, or demo. Youll be the first face and voice of Bipolar Factory.
  • Pre-Sales Support

    : Understand client requirements, align them with our capabilities, and craft tailored solutions in collaboration with our tech and design teams.
  • Communication Hub

    : Maintain constant, clear, and professional communication with prospectsfrom the first touchpoint to proposal stage.
  • Proposal & Deck Ownership

    : Create and refine pitch decks, proposals, and capability documents that reflect the brand and deliver value.
  • CRM Management

    : Keep lead pipelines updated, track interactions, and report progress across different acquisition channels.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with the leadership, marketing, and project teams to ensure alignment between client needs and delivery potential.
  • Market Awareness

    : Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and prospect pain points to fine-tune our approach.

What Were Looking For

  • 24 years of experience in client-facing roles (pre-sales, business development, or client success).
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationyou can sell a vision, not just a service.
  • Experience pitching to CXOs, founders, or senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of how tech and creative teams work; you know how to ask the right questions.
  • Ability to distill complex services into crisp, understandable solutions.
  • A people-first mindsetyou listen, respond, and follow up with intent.

  • Nice to Have

    • Prior experience in a tech/creative/AI startup
    • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Canva, or Figma
    • Experience in preparing RFPs, capability decks, or outbound email campaigns
