Founders Offfice Intern- Strategy and Partnerships

We're hiring for Founder’s Office at Desherb in Pune

As we scale and gear up for a big second half of 2025, we’re looking to bring on a sharp, high-ownership Founder’s Office Intern someone who can grow with us and eventually take charge of big, business-critical problems.

You’ll be working directly with the founder (Shamika Sunthankar) and closely across functions like ops, growth, content, and brand, solving real problems from Day 1.

Not a "shadowing" role. This is a "get your hands dirty" role. You'll be building systems, launching experiments, and shipping things every week.

Details:

- 6-month internship → PPO

- In-office Internship (Desherb, Pune office )

- Internship stipend: ₹5k/month
