Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Founder, based in Chennai. The Founder will be responsible for defining the company's vision and strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, leading business development, and fostering partnerships. The role entails identifying new market opportunities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the successful delivery of security and networking solutions while building a strong organizational culture.

• Strong understanding of CCTV surveillance systems, networking solutions, and modern security technologies
• Experience in operations management, resource allocation, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in developing market strategies and fostering business growth
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build a positive organizational culture
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in leadership roles is preferred
• Knowledge of the Chennai market and relevant industries is a plus
