Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Founder, based in Chennai. The Founder will be responsible for defining the company's vision and strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, leading business development, and fostering partnerships. The role entails identifying new market opportunities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the successful delivery of security and networking solutions while building a strong organizational culture. Qualifications Leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make decisions under challenging circumstances Strong understanding of CCTV surveillance systems, networking solutions, and modern security technologies Experience in operations management, resource allocation, and problem-solving Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in developing market strategies and fostering business growth Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build a positive organizational culture Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in leadership roles is preferred Knowledge of the Chennai market and relevant industries is a plus
