Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder. The Founder will be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction, overseeing the development of AI solutions, and ensuring that the company's mission of inclusivity and effectiveness is upheld. The Founder will also be involved in product development, stakeholder management, fundraising, and team leadership. While the role is primarily based in Salem, some work from home is acceptable.

• Leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
• Experience in AI development, product development, and innovation
• Stakeholder management and fundraising experience
• Passion for inclusivity, accessibility, and social impact
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience in the technology or healthcare industry is a plus
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Business Administration)
