About the Role:

We are looking for techno-functional professionals who can combine strong technical depth with business acumen and customer engagement skills. This role requires someone who can discover problems, understand customer use cases in detail, and design solutions that deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead problem discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, goals, and workflows.
  • Translate use cases and scenarios into scalable CRM- and GTM-technology solutions.
  • Configure, demonstrate, and deliver functional workflows that address real customer needs.
  • Drive technical and functional discussions with customer stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor: explain not just how solutions work, but why they deliver impact.
  • Build and nurture customer advocacy by driving case studies, reviews, and success stories.
  • Document and share solution patterns, best practices, and customer insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • 68+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, enterprise consulting, or customer success.
  • Strong technical background in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and adjacent GTM applications.
  • Solid understanding of functional processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Experience leading customer-facing workshops, problem discovery, and solution design.
  • Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
  • Track record of customer engagement and advocacy (upsell, reviews, success stories).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both business and technical teams.
