Technical Content Creation Creation of product documents like: Certificate of analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Allergen Declaration (AD) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) Ensure the website is updated with the latest technical and regulatory information, technical documents, FAQs, and supporting documentation. Write and publish well-researched blogs, articles, and knowledge-base content about cosmetic ingredients, formulation science, and industry trends. Testing Cosmetic Supplies Curate starter kits or speciality ingredient sets tailored to customer needs, seasonal trends, or promotional campaigns. Develop and update clear, customer-friendly usage manuals, guides, and “how-to” instructions for curated kits and individual ingredients. Ensure manuals reflect lab-tested data and safe best practices. Product Display & Website Enhancement Work within the website theme and layout to optimise product data display. Enhance product images, labels, and presentation assets using Canva or similar tools to improve the customer experience and boost conversions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate regularly with customer support to identify common queries, information gaps, and product improvement opportunities. Liaise with web development/IT teams to ensure the accurate and seamless display of catalogue data. Tools & Platforms Use Excel (or other spreadsheets) for bulk data uploads, catalogue updates, and analytics reporting.
