Role Description

This is an internship role for a Formulator, located on-site in Chennai. The Formulator will be responsible for carrying out formulation studies, conducting laboratory experiments, assisting with research and development (R&D), and supporting technology transfer activities. As part of their daily tasks, the Formulator will work in the lab to develop and test new haircare formulations and ensure they align with our microbiome-friendly principles.

Qualifications

• Laboratory Skills and Formulation experience
• Research and Research and Development (R&D) skills
• Experience with Technology Transfer processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Relevant academic background in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields
