Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Formulation Technician located in Ahmedabad. The Formulation Technician will be responsible for contributing to the development and optimization of powder coating formulations, conducting research and development activities, and ensuring quality standards in the laboratory. Daily tasks will include formulation testing, technology transfer processes, troubleshooting, and supporting manufacturing teams to improve product performance and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and handling lab equipment
• Experience in Technology Transfer and related processes
• Familiarity with Research and Development (R&D) and Formulation techniques
• Strong foundation in analytical skills and problem-solving
• Knowledge of powder coating chemistry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
