Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Formulation Research & Development Associate to join our team at Penam Biosciences. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in formulation research and development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and optimize formulations for various pharmaceutical products.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product quality and efficacy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Design and implement new methods and procedures to enhance formulation development.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to formulation development.
Maintain accurate records and reports of formulation development activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Proven experience in formulation research and development.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
