Formulation & Development Executive for Pharma Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct formulation development for oral solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules, etc.)

 Execute method development, method validation, and technology transfer activities.

 Compile and review development protocols, reports, and other technical documents.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, RA, Production) for successful

project execution.

 Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (ICH, WHO, USFDA, etc.)

 Maintain accurate records and documentation as per cGMP requirements.

Key Skills Required:

 Sound knowledge of pre-formulation and formulation techniques.

 Expertise in method development and validation.

 Hands-on experience with QbD, DoE, and scale-up activities.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in compiling and reviewing technical documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
